Ikeja Business Unit Engr. Mohammed M. Abdullahi

Engr. Mohammed M. Abudullahi holds both HND and B.Sc in Electrical Power (1986 and 1990). He joined the service of the Authority in 1997. He was the Business Manager - RUMUOLA Business Unit under Port Harcourt Electricity Company before his recent posting to Ikeja Electricity Company as a Business Manager.

He is a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers and Nigeria Institute of Management

IKEJA BUSINESS UNIT

Ikeja Business Unit, initially named and called New Ikeja Business Unit, came into existence in January, 2007. It was carved out of the old Ikeja Business Unit (now Ogba Business Unit) and Shomolu Business Unit. It is situated on the second floor of the Zonal Headquarters building in Alausa, opposite MITV. Its area of coverage extends from Alausa in Ikeja to G.R.A., Ikeja, Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Oregun, Parts of Ojota, Maryland, Mende, Anthony and Ilupeju.

The active customer population of the Business Unit is 22,577 made up of 22,887 Non-Maximum Demand Customers (Non-MD) and 600 Maximum Demand (MD) Customers, It has Two Transmission Stations with Five Injection Substations, Four 33KV Feeders and Thirty Five (35) 11 KV Feeders.
