Q. How do I get started? - Connecting Procedure
A. Click Request a meter on the Quick Links panel on the right.
- Read the Terms and Conditions.
- Fill in your name and location in the field below the Terms and Conditions.
- Accept Terms and Conditions to download form containing your name and location.
- Print out Meter Request form, fill and submit form at your district office
My Account Status Online.
Q. When I make payment, can I see the credit through online billing?
A. Yes, you can obtain your account status online. However, It takes 24hours to process your payment and update your account.
Payment after disconnection notice.
Q. Can I make payment into my account online even though I have received a disconnection notice?
A. Yes, you will be able to pay up your outstanding bills and the reconnection fee using your account online.
