BARR. (MRS) O.O. OLUSOLA-NIYI Principal Manager, Legal Barr. (Mrs) Olufunmilayo O. Olusola-Niyi is the Principal Manager (Legal). She has over 20 years post call experience as a lawyer. She studied Law at the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife where she obtained Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LL.B.Hons) in 1988 and then proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos to obtain a B.L, called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. She holds a Masters Degree in Law (LL.M) from the University of Lagos, Akoka.

A high resourceful and versatile individual, Mrs Olusola-Niyi is an accredited Alternative Dispute Resolution practitioner. She served as the first level change agent at the Corporate Headquarters, Abuja until July, 2006 when she was posted to Eko Electricity Distribution Zone of PHCN. She previously worked in the following departments of human resources Management subsector of the Organisation namely; Policies & Planning, Investigation & Discipline and Change Management & Communication.

She is a fellow of the following professional bodies:

1. The Charted institute of Taxation of Nigeria - FCTI
2. The Institute of Finance & Control of Nigeria - FIFC

Barr Olusola-Niyi is a member of the following professional bodies:

1. Nigerian Bar Association (MBA),
2. International Bar Association (IBA),
3. Commonwealth Lawyers Association (CLA),
4. International Dispute Resolution Institute (IDRI),
5. Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM),

Her Hubbies are reading, research, travelling and listening to music.
